Website terms of use

These terms set out the conditions for using treestcorp.com (the “Website”), the website operated by Treestcorp (registered name: Treest; the “Company”).

These terms apply only to the Company’s website. Each service the Company operates, such as Nudgy and P256, has its own terms and policies, and those take precedence for that service.

1. Purpose and scope

These terms cover treestcorp.com and all of its pages, including the English pages. They describe the conditions for using the Website and the rights and responsibilities of the Company and the people who use it.

Each service the Company operates follows the terms and policies posted for that service. If they differ from these terms, the service’s own terms and policies take precedence. Those documents are:

• Nudgy: support page, privacy policy
• P256: privacy policy

2. Company information

A copy of the business registration certificate and instructions for checking the registration status are on the Verification page.

3. Using the Website

The Website provides information about the Company and its services. It has no sign-up, login, or payment features, and anyone can view it for free without registering.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• put excessive load on the Website’s servers or network, or interfere with its normal operation
• access the Website’s systems without permission or exploit security vulnerabilities
• alter the Website’s content or impersonate the Company
• use the copy of the business registration certificate on the Verification page for any purpose other than confirming the Company’s identity, or alter it
• break any other applicable law

The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Website for maintenance, equipment replacement, outages, or similar reasons.

4. Copyright

The Company owns the copyright in the text, images (including app screenshots), design, and logos on the Website. You may not copy, distribute, or modify them without the Company’s permission.

Short quotations that credit the source are allowed to the extent permitted by the Copyright Act of Korea.

5. Trademarks

The names and logos of Nudgy and P256 are service marks the Company uses for its own services. You may not use them without permission in a way that could be confused with the Company’s services.

App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Other third-party names and trademarks that appear on the Website belong to their respective owners.

6. External links

The Website links to sites the Company does not operate, such as the App Store. The content and privacy practices of those sites are governed by their own terms and policies, and the Company is not responsible for them.

Nudgy and P256, which the Company operates, follow the service terms and policies listed in section 1.

7. Limitation of liability

The Company works to keep the information on the Website accurate, but does not guarantee that it is always complete or up to date. For service details such as features, available countries, and prices, the information shown in each service or on the App Store takes precedence.

The Company is not liable when it cannot provide the Website because of events outside its control, such as natural disasters or network outages. This does not limit the Company’s liability under applicable law for damage caused by its intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms apply from October 7, 2026. The Company may change them within the limits of applicable law. When it does, it will post the changes and their effective date on the Website at least 7 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a lawsuit arises between the Company and a user over the use of the Website, it will be heard by the court that has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
