Privacy policy

Treestcorp (registered name: Treest), referred to in this policy as the “Company,” follows the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. This privacy policy explains how the Company protects the personal information of people who use its website, treestcorp.com (the “Website”).
This policy applies to the Company’s website. For individual services such as Nudgy and P256, the privacy policy posted on each service takes precedence. Service policies: Nudgy privacy policy, P256 privacy policy.
1. Personal information we process
The Website does not offer sign-up, login, or input forms, and it does not collect personal information that you enter yourself. However, the following information may be processed.
- Automatically generated information: access logs that the web server records automatically when you visit the Website (IP address, date and time of access, requested page address, browser type (User-Agent), previous page address (Referer), and response status)
- Email inquiry information: the email address, name (if you include it), and message content you send when you contact the Company by email
2. Purposes of processing
- Access logs: operating the Website, detecting security threats and misuse, and responding to outages
- Email inquiry information: reviewing and answering inquiries, handling partnership, investment, press, and other requests, and letting you know the outcome

4. Destruction procedure and method
Personal information is destroyed without delay once its retention period ends or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted in a way that makes them unrecoverable, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
5. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties. The exceptions are cases where a law specifically provides for it, or where an investigative agency requests it following the procedures set by law.
6. Outsourcing and transfer abroad
The Company outsources the following work to operate the Website. In the process, access logs are stored outside Korea.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can stop using the Website. In that case, no access logs are created. Email inquiry information may be stored by the email service provider the Company uses.
7. Cookies and other automatic collection tools
The Website does not use cookies and does not install advertising or behavioral analytics tools.
8. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information at any time. Send your request to admin@treestcorp.com. The Company will handle it without delay and let you know the result. You may also make a request through a legal representative or a person you have authorized.
9. Security measures
- Encrypted communication over HTTPS (TLS)
- Server access limited to the fewest people necessary, with a firewall that opens only the ports that are needed
- Operating system security updates applied automatically
- Only the minimum information needed is processed, and it is deleted automatically when the retention period ends
10. Children’s personal information
The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 through the Website.

13. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy applies from October 7, 2026. If it changes, the Company will post a notice on the Website starting 7 days before the changes take effect.
